📋Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Air Incidents ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users of the App, including free and premium subscribers.
✈️Description of Service
Air Incidents is a civil aviation safety monitoring application that aggregates and displays publicly available aviation incident data from authoritative sources including The Aviation Herald, NTSB, and Aviation Safety Network.
💎Premium Subscription
Air Incidents offers a premium subscription ("Air Incidents Premium") that provides access to additional features:
- Full incident archive access
- Interactive world map
- Advanced filtering and search
- Real-time push notifications
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
⚠️Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aviation incident data
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for any particular purpose
Aviation incident data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always refer to official aviation authorities for verified information.
🚫Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App's content without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App
🔒Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Alper Saraç and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Aviation incident data is sourced from third-party public databases and remains the property of their respective owners. We display this data under fair use principles for public safety information purposes.
📝Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
