1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Brickd, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.


2. User Content

- You are responsible for the content of bricks you place on the wall.

- You must not post offensive, hateful, or illegal content.

- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.


3. Premium Subscription

- Premium subscription is billed monthly through your Apple ID account.

- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

- No refunds are provided for the current subscription period.


4. In-App Purchases

- Spotlight feature is a non-consumable purchase.

- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.


5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Post spam, hate speech, or illegal content

- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

- Create multiple accounts to abuse the system

- Use the app for commercial purposes without permission


6. Intellectual Property

Brickd and its original content are owned by Alper Saraç. You may not copy or distribute any part of the app.


7. Disclaimer

Brickd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the app.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
